Dried Fish Maw Spicy Salad

Ingredient :

1. Grapaowpla 100 g.
2.Chicken meat 100 g.
3. Fried Cashew nut 2 tablespoons
4. Grapefruit 1 tablespoons
5. Pomelo chile powder 1/2 teaspoon
6. Nam prik pao 1 tablespoon
7. Oil to fry the grapaowpla 1/2 cup
8. lime juice 1/2 teaspoon
9. Good soysauce 1 teaspoon

Process :

1. Slice the grapaowpla in approximate 1 inch pieces and fry oil until golden crispy
2.Steam chicken meat until cooked.
3. Tear into small piece , mix grapaowpla eith nam prik poa , lime juice ,soysauce and add chicken meat , pomelo and chile powder
4. Seasoning to taste and sprinkle with lime and cashew nuts.
